We are offering flu shots and other vaccines during regular business hours. Click the button to fill out your consent form; you will be automatically redirected afterward to select an appointment time. An appointment is encouraged but not required; walk-ins are welcome.
If you are getting additional vaccines at the same time, please only make one appointment. All vaccines will be administered during the same visit.

MANAGING PHARMACIST
Kailey's career started with Medicap in 2011 as a pharmacy student. She was the staff pharmacist in Norwalk, then became pharmacy manager in Winterset, and is now pharmacy manager in Urbandale. She has always aspired to be a pharmacy manager and is excited to be a part of the Urbandale community. Her favorite things about being a Medicap pharmacist are helping customers with their healthcare needs, beyond just filling prescriptions, and being involved in the community.
